442fotball.no is the name of the blog that is on every Norwegian soccer fan’s lip these days. Golden nuggets in form of great articles is written every week and just a few weeks ago they wrote a great article about the Norwegian youngster Per Ciljan Skjelbred. The you player did a fantastic impression in the game between Rosenborg of Trondheim and Brann of Bergen.
Skjelbred impressed with his work moral, driblings and passes. Agents from english Premier League clubs Blackburn and Newcastle is interested in his services and was watching from the stands. 442fotball.no was there too. English clubs have for some time now been watching Skjelbred with the intend to bring the kid to England. Since Skjelbred injured his leg two years ago, he has showed and impressive comeback and many believe that he will be playing in the Norwegian national team soon.
The game against Brann ended in a draw, 0-0, but Per Ciljan Skjelbred did his job in midtfield, serving Rosenborgs attacker Steffen Iversen passes that should have resultet in several goals. Iversen is not in his best form and went off the field goal less. If Rosenborgs attackers would have shown the same form as the rest of the team, like Skjelbred, Rosenborg would have won by several goals, even if Brann got some chances near the end of the game. Branns captain and midtfielder Eirik Bakke, was totally “run over” by Skjelbred and the rest of Rosenborgs midtfielders. You could not tell that Bakke is the one with the most experience, from England and the Norwegian national team.
Visist 442fotball.no and read norwegian articles about Norwegian and international soccer or fotball as we say it in Europe.

When collectors search antique malls and shops for Limoge porcelain in the states, they typically will find the American version of early types of Limoges, with Haviland being a the most typical name. This is probably because, status-conscious brides often chose Haviland dinnerware sets as their wedding china in the late Victorian period.
Although the first Limoges China was produced in a specific area of France, David Haviland from the US, intent on producing the world’s finest china, began working to obtain permission to build a state-of-the-art china factory in Francie as well. The French government issued the necessary permits to Haviland in 1853.
Within two years, David Haviland’s astute business sense and American ingenuity aided him in establishing one of the world’s most advanced china producing facilities.
Clever marketers for the Haviland Limoges company did research in the US noting the most popular colors, types and designs of dinnerware used in this country, which differed greatly from European preferences. From the mid-19th century to the beginning of the 1930’s, Americans widely used Haviland Limoges dinnerware on the most elegant of tables. This accounts for so many sets that have been passed down from grandmothers and great-grandmothers to their extended families.
Through the years in France, tradition dictated that blank forms blanks were to be produced in Limoges and then sent to the artist’s guilds of Paris to be decorated. Haviland was the first of the Limoges china manufacturers to produce whiteware and then decorate these forms in the same factory. Although Haviland’s system saved time and money, his behavior was considered radical. Many protests were staged in and around the Haviland factory. To protect themselves against the rioting artists and craftsmen of rival firms, Haviland’s employees had to travel to the factory in groups.
Some porcelain collectors solely concentrate on Haviland products and largely ignore other Limoges company names. Others focus on a broader range of Limoges items from a variety of manufacturers. They move away from the quaint dinnerware toward decorative accessories such as vases, trays and tankards generally featuring more vivid coloration and an abundance of decorative gold trim.
When evaluating Limoges, Gaston says looking at the quality of the decoration can often be more important than determining the age. But since both are important, her book identifies numerous factory marks with dates of production as a good starting point for researching Limoges pieces. Not all factories could be listed, however. Some companies were in business for only a short time long ago and the business records no longer exist.

Volcom is simply the best riding sportswear available in the streetwear market today. They are an innovative clothing label that have their own sense of fashion. The Volcom clothing range features a combination of big graphic designs and basic logo based clothing designs. Volcom clothing are probably best described as a streetwear clothing label. They are well known for their surf wear with clothing like t-shirts, boardshorts and Volcom slip ons but this is just a fraction of their range.
The Volcom clothing range consists of so much more than just surf wear. The Volcom Stone range of suits are well known for their high quality and stylish design innovations. The suits are they are similar to your average suit but they have unique features. A lot of the suits and shirts feature unique stitching often running diagonally instead of horizontally. While the outside of the suit is similar to any other but the inside is typically very different. They consist of complex designs that incorporate the Volcom emblem in some innovative ways. They also place the emblem in places you would not expect to see them, such as the knee of a trouser leg.
Although Volcom are considered a surf label, they are more of a streetwear clothes label. They use many of the same art techniques that street artists use. For this reason you often find that their t-shirts have graffiti designs that seem like they have been sprayed straight on to the shirt with spray paint. As well as this they also make clothing specifically designed for snow boarding. This is hardly surprising because the idea of the brand came about whilst the two founders were on a snowboarding vacation. They make a range of snowboarding jeans and jackets as well as accessories like goggles and ski lift pass holders.

Is it really possible to make money in UK through Property Investment even during recession?
Some people are concerned about the possibility that the housing market in the UK is headed for a crash similar to what has happened in Spain and the USA. While there are some commonalities between these housing markets and our own, the prices here are not going to approach the levels seen in those countries.
How can we be so confident about this? Because the demand for housing far exceeds the supply.
Government projections are that only 100,000 new homes will be built in the UK this year; this is only a quarter as many as are needed before 2009! So until housing construction in the UK can match the large and growing demand for housing, the market is totally safe.
The truth behind hype: why the market is in no danger of a crash.
Some in the media may tell you that the UK is on a course towards Spanish and American style housing crashes, but in truth nothing of the sort is occurring:
1. Spain’s is housing market is struggling because they are still building more housing than there is demand for. While for property investors this is a great scenario, it isn’t so healthy for resellers.
The UK has exactly the opposite problem.
183,000 new homes were built in the UK in 2005. This may sound like a lot of new construction, but is far short of the amount of new homes needed to impact the market to the extent that prices would drop. This would require the construction of 245,000 new homes annually, a goal we are falling far short of at the present.
2. Between 2000 and 2006, the UK’s population rose by 1.7 million, which meant that around 800,000 new homes would be needed. Even though over 1 million homes were built in this timeframe, it was still not enough to account for the demand created by second home ownership.
3. When consumers are looking to buy a new home, they don’t compare their salary against the purchase price of the home, they compare it against the size of their mortgage payments.
While you will hear the argument that the proportion of mortgage payments to household income has grown from 15% in 2001 to 19.6% in 2005, these numbers are still far short of the 34% seen in the housing crash of 1989.
4. As economic growth continues, it is only natural that certain areas have kept pace with demand while others can simply not grow fast enough.
Take full advantage of the market abroad: start building a successful portfolio today.
When you think about the housing crashes in the US and Spain there is another perspective to look at it from – opportunity for property investments.
By investing in Spanish properties, you could bring in an income of more than 500 pounds a month!
It’s a buyer’s market and it’s wide open to UK investors.
You could buy properties for 40% under the asking price! With the right planning, you could buy quite a lot of property in Spain for a very low investment.
With the right property investment course and property investment mentor anyone can decent money in UK. Moreover, smart investers says that recession is the right time to invest on UK properties.
