Training You Can Adopt to Learn How to Increase Your Short Term Memory

Train With Audio
Just like the picture exercise, you canutilize audio clips to aid in exercising your short-term memory. Once more you could use whatever you like. You could use something like a top 20 countdown on the radio, you can make use of talk radio, anything at all. However, be sure you rewind whatever you are listening to so that you can go back and check your work.
