I saw a sign on the side of the road today, “Wanted Junior Pizza Makers”

Are not all pizza makers in pizza chains Juniors? If so how young is a junior Pizza maker. When s a pizza maker not a junior?

Whats next “junior Pizza Delivery riders” delivering your pizza on a push bike (or skateboard)?
