Aug 27 at 3pm Vodafone sent sms messages offering subscribers the chance to get the action in Beijing for just $3/month via there golive service. My question is did not we have welcome back celebrations on Tuesday aug 26 (the previous day).

How long do the Beijing Olympics go on for if you can subscribe by the month for the latest happenings? Even if you add the not talked about Para Olympics to the normal Olympics it would still only cover about 20 days (most of which is over).

Or is it that the sms service from Vodafone is just not as fast as one expects?

Or was the uptake on the golive service not upto expectations or projections ?
